Missoni Baia, a 56-story residential tower in development in Edgewater developed by Vladislav Doronin’s OKO Group, just released its first official rendering, revealing a sleek and glassy 649-foot condo towering over Biscayne Bay.
Units range in price from $1.6 million to $3.9 million, with Asymptote Architecture and Revuelta Architecture designing the 146-unit tower, with interiors by Paris Forino Design.
Amenities will include a fitness center, wellness spa, multiple tennis courts, and a sun deck with an olympic-sized pool.
