Here's a unique 1,998-square-foot home in Lakeland built by Bruce Spencer, "a local architect heavily influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright," per the listing.

The two-bed, two-bath home is for sale by the owner and asking $215,000. Built in 1958, it's fresh off a renovation sensitive of its vintage details. The home is centered around an atrium and includes many of its original features, from the built-in couch in the living room to the stone fireplace, and even its vent fans.

It was recently featured in an issue of Dwell magazine and last sold for $96,000 in 2014.
