Biscayne Beach in Edgewater recently topped off at 52 stories at an impressive 99-percent sold, with just three units remaining -- two Upper Penthouse residences and a Beach House unit.
The 391-unit tower being developed by Two Roads Development and GTIS Partners is located at 2900 Northeast 7th Avenue and features condos ranging from one to three bedrooms, including six two-story penthouses with private rooftop pools and garden terraces.
Amenities in the building include a private Beach Club on the bay with an elevated beach, cabanas, zero-entry pool, restaurant and bar. There's also a Salsa Fiesta and Starbucks two blocks away.
"As we near the final stages of construction at Biscayne Beach, we couldn’t have asked for a more outstanding team," said Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development. "The launch of Biscayne Beach set the bar for the revitalization of the now-thriving East Edgewater neighborhood, marking a new era for an area that had gone underutilized for years. Miami’s urban core has fast become a place where people want to work, play and now, live – and we’re excited to be a part of that transformation."
Biscayne Beach is on track for completion later in 2016 with buyers hailing from 63 countries.
