Pumpkin Key Reduced to $95M, Remains Florida's Priciest Island

Down from $110 million

Hyped as one of the priciest listings of 2014 at $110 million, Pumpkin Key in Key Largo just received a $15-million price chop down to $95 million.

The partially developed island totals 26 acres and is a 10-minute chopper ride to both South Beach and Ocean Reef, per the listing. There is one main home with three bedrooms, two caretaker's cottages and a dock master's apartment.

There is also a 20-slip marina, dock master office, and tennis court that doubles as a helipad at the center of the island.

As a developmental possibility, there are 12 bay front lots, each measuring 1.5 acres.

Offering panoramic views of Card Sound Bay, Pumpkin Key remains the priciest island for sale in Florida.
