A tipster informed us an LLC connected to Swire Properties has recently purchased a plot of land at 158 Southwest 7th Street for $2.5 million, sitting a block away from the upcoming $1.05-billion Brickell City Centre.
The 7,500-square-foot lot is indicated on the map below in red.
