The Surf Club at Surfside Beach is amid a large expansion and renovation, visually encapsulated by a new batch of photos courtesy of Field Condition.

Developed by Nadim Ashi's Fort Partners development company, The Surf Club features two new towers and an extensive renovation of the original 1930 Surf Club structures, all situated on a nine acre site with 965 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage.

Completion is expected next year for the hulking development, which was 80 percent sold as of March. There will be an 80-room Four Seasons, two residential towers, restaurants, a private club, four pools, a gym, gardens, and a park.
