The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach—the one with the stunning penthouse exterior rendering (below)—recently broke ground at 65 percent sold, as the 52-story oceanfront tower begins its rise towards completion in 2018.
The luxury development designed by Arquitectonica already has three of five penthouses under contract, with the top-floor penthouse selling for $16.5 million and a penthouse comprised of two units fetching $21 million.
