321 Ocean Penthouse Reduced by $5.5M

A reduction of just over 10 percent

The glorious penthouse at 321 Ocean that hit the market asking a record $53-million ($7,794 a foot), was just reduced by $5.5 million, a slash of just over 10 percent.

Now priced at $6,978 per foot, the $47.5-million residence remains the second priciest unit for sale on South Beach, behind the $55-million Faena House penthouse.

Encompassing the ninth and 10th floors in one of South of Fifth’s most lavish towers, it has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and that magical private rooftop terrace with a 36-foot infinity pool, barbecue area, lounge, and bar.
