Golden Beach Home Sells for Third Time in Three Years, With Same Agent

Samantha Joelle Elenson hits a triple

South Florida is no stranger to blockbuster home sales, but how about one agent being involved in the sale of the same home three different times over a three-year period?

That's exactly what happened with Samantha Joelle Elenson of One Sotheby’s International Realty, who accomplished the hat trick with an oceanfront property on Golden Beach, a 2,907-square-foot home on 0.31 acres at 495 Ocean Boulevard.

Elenson represented the seller on the latest exchange, a $4.55-million sale that just closed after representing the same person in the purchase of the property back in July 2013 for $3.95 million. Four months before that she represented the seller at a price of $3.7 million.

Helping Elenson accomplish this unique feat is she's quite familiar with Golden Beach, having grown up in the area and calling it home for over 20 years. Her lucky number also happens to be "3," which certainly couldn't hurt.

"However, it was no easy task because they had a demanding price in mind and I had to portray the value to perspective buyers," Elenson said. "We just closed for $4.55 million, a price that I could only dream of when I first listed it three years ago. This closing marks the fifth beachfront sale in Golden Beach that I’ve closed in three years."
