Erik Spoelstra just threw down $2.6 million for a historic house in Coconut Grove, reports the Miami Herald.
It’s not even the biggest move for the Miami Heat head coach the summer, as he’s getting married to longtime girlfriend and former Heat Dancer Nikki Sapp in July, about ten months after publicly announcing their engagement last September.
The 4,294-square-foot house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and is secluded in "lush tropical gardens, winding pathways, and canopied by majestic oaks," per the listing. Newly renovated, it also features a guest cottage.
The home was built in 1937 and last sold for $2.375 million in 2014.
