Pharrell Williams surely woke up happier than usual, finally parting ways with his Miami penthouse that initially hit the market back in 2012 asking almost $17 million, reports the Wall Street Journal.
The triplex unit at Bristol Tower in Brickell sold for $9.25 million, while the musician/producer purchased the residence for $12.525 million in 2007. Highlighting the home is its Venetian Plaster spiral staircase down the center, leading up to a translucent dome.
Sold with Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty, the 9,000-square-foot unit has five bedrooms and 360-degree views. The living room soars 30 feet and the penthouse is flooded with art.
There’s also a gym, billiards room, theater, and three levels of terraces, featuring a private outdoor pool and barbecue area.
