Next-level marketing

With contemporary homes popping up in South Florida in droves, a heightened level of creativity is often needed by agents during the marketing process to distinguish the product from the rest.

Photo galleries aren’t going anywhere, virtual tours are more common, and drone videos have become the latest trend. But in the case of 440 Royal Plaza Drive in Las Olas Isles — dubbed Casa 440 — the contemporary estate listed for $4.895 million offers a "lifestyle video" that cost over $15,000 to produce.

Macken Companies hired professional models, and leased exotic cars and luxury boats, essentially injecting the product into a short story while making potential buyers feel what it’s like to reside in Casa 440.

Within the video, you’ll spot a unique touch: a door to the home office hidden on the wall.

As for more details about the newly constructed home, it’s 8,200 square feet with five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, featuring his and hers private baths, and a guest wing. Other features include 100-foot dock, wine room, club room, elevator, and SMART tech.

It was designed by architect Randall Stofft, constructed by VCM Builders, and interiors by Marc-Michaels.
