The home built for Yuengling owner Richard Yuengling is heading to auction on June 30 at a reserve price of $4 million.
Listed at $9.95 million, the Mediterranean mansion at 828 Solar Isle Drive in Fort Lauderdale sits on a waterfront point lot and features 11,767 square feet, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and over 300 feet of deep-water frontage.
The sale will be handled by Platinum Luxury Auctions and Coldwell Banker's Tim Elmes.
The estate was built in 1999 after Yuengling purchased the property for $2 million. It was then sold to pharmaceutical entrepreneur Bruce Paddock for $6.5 million in 2012, notes The Real Deal.
The home appropriately includes four bars and a 2,000-bottle wine room, in addition to a home theater, gym, and captain's quarters.
