The largest mansion currently on the market in Miami just received a $5-million price cut with Alan Potamkin’s 1 Casuarina Concourse now asking $44 million, a reduction of 10 percent.
It’s now the third priciest home for sale in Miami, behind two condo units — the Faena penthouse ($55M) and 321 Ocean penthouse ($47.5M). Both underwent price adjustments in the last six months.
The Mediterranean-inspired home originally listed for $67 million in May 2015, however this included an adjacent 1.5-acre lot that has been since split into two separate deals. The colossal estate is just under 21,000 square feet, with nine bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.
Its expansive grounds include an unbelievable backyard entertaining area with a large pool overlooking Biscayne Bay.
