The luxury waterfront development pushes forward

AquaBlu in Fort Lauderdale recently surpassed 50 percent sold and finalized permitting as it treks towards its estimated completion of December 2017.

The Ocean Land Investments development is a luxury building comprised of 35 units on the Intracoastal, just east of The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. It’s the largest of the five Aqua-branded condos, which includes AquaVue and the recently finished AquaVita — both are near Las Olas.

AquaBlu, which broke ground last fall, will rise 17 stories and is designed by Borges + Associates Architects. Units range in size from 2,547 to 7,251 square feet and start at $1.3 million.

Amenities include deep-water yacht slips, a fitness facility, game room, heated saltwater pool, and outdoor barbecue areas.
