A penthouse at 900 Biscayne with stellar views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami just hit the market with Miami Luxury Homes, asking $14,000 a month.
A couple months ago a penthouse that once housed NBA superstar Kevin Durant two floors higher in the same building inked a lease for a whopping $18,000 a month, matching a record in the area.
