Miami’s Cheapest and Priciest Neighborhoods to Rent in This Summer

Prices are still rising

In taking a look at Zumper’s quarterly map of the most expensive and least expensive neighborhoods for renters in Miami, we learn Fisher Island, Park West, and Venetian Islands are the most expensive neighborhoods, with median rents in excess of $2,600 for one-bedroom units.

The more affordable areas along the coast were Northeast Coconut Grove ($1,600), Tahiti ($1,620), and Upper East Side ($1,650).

Among the biggest risers year over year are West Avenue and Little Haiti, seeing increases of $290 and $300, respectively.
