On the Edgewater waterfront, Italian fashion house Missoni is planning on creating a brand new $350 million condo tower, called Missoni Baia. According to The Real Deal, this is Missoni's first residential project.
The first official rendering released earlier this year, and just recently the full website for the development launched with new images and more details on amenities.
The project will span 649 feet and 57 stories with 146 condos throughout. The residential units will range from two- to four-bedrooms. Some of the amenities will include an Olympic-sized lap pool, tennis courts, and spa treatment rooms.
The architects for the project are Asymptote Architecture and Revuelta Architecture, while the landscaping is by Enzo Enea. Interiors will be designed by Paris Forino Design.
Prices for each unit will range from $1.6 million to $3.9 million. If interested in living in one of these units, sales are expected to launch by the spring of 2017, while the completion of the project is slated for 2019.
