There are plans to replace the City of Miami's administrative building with two 36-story towers, according to The Next Miami. The Adler Group's project, called Nexus Riverside Central, features 900 apartments, 150 hotel rooms, and 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
The Next Miami reported that if the project is approved, the city would get a percentage of the revenue generated by the project. Adler would also replace the office building lost due to the project.
The architect behind the project is Studio X Architects.
