Lennar Corp President and CEO Stuart Miller is on the cusp of building the coolest home in Miami that should house blockbuster films for years to come.
Located on three lots encompassing 120,000 square feet at 11 Star Island, the Miami Beach Board of Adjustments approved requested variances to "increase lot coverage, home size, and elevations," per The Real Deal.
The two-story mansion will feature guest houses, a lagoon with waterfalls, yacht dockage, infinity plunge pool, game room, cabana bar, wine room, gym, and underground parking that will hold 32 spaces.
The home’s size is expected to eclipse 70,000 (!) square feet and will include a commercial elevator.
The sleekest home in SoBe is being designed by Domo Architecture + Design with Todd Glaser as part of the development team. Miller, with an estimated net worth north of $1 billion, acquired the lots for $27 million in 2006.
