Coconut Grove's new luxe condo project reveals new renderings

More images and more of what to expect

Sales at The Fairchild Coconut Grove have not officially begun yet, but new renderings have just recently been released. The new renderings, which were first reported by Miami Luxury Homes, feature the units, their balconies, and other amenities offered.

This past June, Curbed Miami reported that the project, developed by Gove Bay Properties, will span five stories and house 26 condos. The architect behind the project is Max Strang with interiors by Rafael de Cárdenas.

In the project's brochure, it states that some of the amenities include private boat slips, 24-hour security, and a full-time butler for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The rooftop deck will also feature living rooms and serenity gardens. Two covered parking spaces will be offered for each resident.

In the residences, there will be 11-foot-high ceilings, natural stone flooring, and laundry rooms. In select residences, there will also be service quarters, private outdoor showers, and 13-foot-high ceilings. Prices will start at $1.4 million.

The project is expected to deliver by the spring of 2018.
