BurgerFi founder John Rosatti listed his Las Olas mansion for $11.95 million, reports The Real Deal, a year after purchasing the property for $12 million.

The 10,149-square-foot canal-front home at 315 Royal Plaza Drive is highlighted by a central courtyard, automobile museum, and over 300 feet of water frontage.
