6 Penthouse units at City 24 in Edgewater hit rental market for first time

A batch of six penthouses at City 24 in Edgewater were purchased by one owner in May and recently converted to first-time rental units, dubbed the City 24 Penthouse Club.

The residences each have access to private 700-square-foot rooftop terraces.

The penthouses are either one or two bedrooms and range in price from $2,650 to $3,825. These units in the boutique building off 24th Street and Biscayne Boulevard have never been lived in before.
