The $25M Chateau Beach penthouse becomes Sunny Isles’ 2nd priciest unit

Chateau Beach’s marquee unit, the two-level penthouse on the 32nd and 33rd floor, recently listed for $25 million with The Carroll Team, making it the second most expensive residence on the market in Sunny Isles, behind the $35 million Regalia Beach House.

The 9,050-square-foot unit has four bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and over 4,500 square feet of wraparound terrace, which houses a private pool and dazzling ocean views.

An explosion rocked the building’s boiler room last fall, injuring six people. That was on the roof above the penthouse. No damage was done to the building’s premier residence.
