The upcoming mixed-use mammoth of a development in Metropica, a 65-acre project that will include residential, office, and retail space, released a couple of new renderings and an updated completion date.
While the project engulfing Sunrise was previously thought to be finishing next year, the new ETA is in the third quarter of 2018.
One of the new renderings shows ground retail (below), including tenants True Food Kitchen, Salsa Fiesta, and Urban Outfitters while the other (above) shows an updated aerial view of the bulk of the project. (Tenant logos may not reflect their real-life counterparts as some may not have been officially signed.)
