Dynamic oceanfront estate ‘Casa Brisas’ in Manalapan asks $49M

This enormous Balinese compound sitting on about three acres in Manalapan with 300 feet of direct oceanfront listed for $48.9 million.

The estate is dubbed Casa Brisas and features 300 feet of intracoastal frontage, nine bedrooms, 15.5 bathrooms, and an underground entertaining area with an exotic car garage. It was furnished by Marc-Michaels Interior Design.

The master closet is the size of a Nordstrom.

Additional elements of the 29,862-square-foot resort home include a yoga terrace, massage room, art gallery, gym, salon, library, wine room, putting green, and fire pit.

The beautiful beast popped up in February 2015 for $37.5 million, per the Real Deal, but this was while undergoing a renovation. Listing agent Jack Elkins of Fite Group said then that the price would increase.

And it did—by over $11 million.

Comically, it’s not even close to being the most expensive home for sale in the area, with a $195 million fortress down the street currently the priciest in the country. Six Manalapan homes are currently priced over $20 million, per Redfin.

It is among the 15 most expensive homes for sale in Florida.
