What $800K buys from Miami to Fort Lauderdale

Let’s go house hunting

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent or buy for a set dollar amount across various South Florida neighborhoods.

With this week’s budget of $800,000, we’ll be taking our house hunting in five different areas across South Florida: Key Biscyane, Miami Beach, Edgewater, Sunny Isles Beach, and Fort Lauderdale.

You can vote for your favorite down at the bottom.
