Priced starting at $2.9 million, the 4,403-to-4,669-square-foot homes (excluding terraces) were designed by Zyscovich Architects, with interiors by Charles Allem.
Each residence has three floors, a Poliform kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, four parking spaces, private elevator, and a rooftop terrace with a summer kitchen and a pool.
