Miami is the eighth most expensive U.S. city to rent in

At least we're not in the top five, right?

On Miami's rental real estate market, here's what Zumper has revealed in their latest monthly report. According to Zumper, the median monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Miami is currently $1,870, down 1.58 percent month over month and down 0.53 percent year over year. For a two-bedroom, the monthly median rent totals to $2,510, down 3.09 percent month over month and down 1.57 percent year over year.

In comparison to all of the Metro areas analyzed in Zumper's report, Miami ranks as having the eighth most expensive rents. The city that topped Zumper's list with the highest rents was San Francisco with a median monthly rent of $3,460 for a one-bedroom and $4,790 for a two-bedroom.
