One of the most popular online real estate and rental marketplaces, Zillow placed the 10 markets below with the most home page views in other areas, and Miami cracked the list at No. 10.

Additionally, Miami ranks in the 10th percentile in popularity with outsiders.
The main reason why Miamians are searching elsewhere, according to Zillow, is because of "affordability concerns."
One thing to keep in mind is this study was based on searches and not sales so it’s more fantasy than substance.
