Lil Wayne’s South Beach mansion was chopped again—now $12M

Lil Wayne continues to have a brutal time selling his modern 15,000-square-foot home on Miami Beach, with the latest price reduction—its third—placing it at $12 million, not much higher than the $11.6 million purchase price in 2011.

The waterfront home in La Gorce Island is highlighted by a two-story master suite, 120 feet of water frontage, an elevator, and a three-bedroom guest house. Meanwhile, TMZ reports Wayne has decided to move out amid several swatting incidents.
