Measuring just over 163 feet long, ‘Boardwalk’ has taken her talents to Downtown Miami, with the superyacht owned by billionaire restaurateur Tilman Fertitta joining the 174-foot Mizu outside the Epic Hotel.

Fertitta, with an estimated net worth of $2.7 billion, according to Forbes, is the CEO of CEO of Landry’s Restaurants, which encompasses over 500 properties, like Chart House, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Morton's, and Golden Nugget casinos.

The yacht’s value is estimated at $40 million, with six cabins and a max speed of up to 20 knots. Helicopter pad included, of course.
