The 380-foot Peruvian BAP Unión is in Miami

Docked at Museum Park in Downtown Miami

Latin America’s largest sailing vessel, BAP Unión, has made its way to Museum Park in Downtown Miami, docked at the slip between the park and American Airlines Arena.

A training ship of the Peruvian Navy, the 380-foot vessel has a four-masted steel hulled full rigged barque, weighs 3,500 tons, and can carry 250 officers and trainees. It was commissioned last January and arrived over the weekend.

She cost an estimated $60-70 million to build and is especially beautiful at night.

Bienvenidos a Miami, BAP Unión! #bapunion
