Bijou Bay Harbor is 60 percent sold, to break ground in December

The 60-percent sold Bijou Bay Harbor is expected to break ground in December, according to Miami Luxury Homes, with the nine-story development bringing 41 modern luxury residences to Bay Harbor Island.

Bijou Bay Harbor is scheduled to officially break ground on December 15, 2016. Bijou will host an exciting groundbreaking ceremony on November 30, 2016, which will be a real estate kick off to the famed Art Basel, which starts on December 1st. The Bijou groundbreaking ceremony will feature an eclectic variety of chic art and sculptures to be held on display brought to you by Adriana Hoyos, the celebrated designer responsible for the bold interior custom designs of Bijou.

They also released a new lifestyle video, previewing what the project with island flavor has to offer.

The development is designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Adriana Hoyos. Amenities include a poolside lounge and bar, rooftop lounge, bay access for water sports, fitness center, and fire pit.
