Dwyane Wade is selling his Miami Beach house, says former Heat teammate

Udonis Haslem: Wade’s house is being shopped

Not only has Dwyane Wade expunged his legendary (and declining) talents from Miami, but he’s also apparently ready to part with his waterfront home on Miami Beach.

"He's trying to sell his house down here," Udonis Haslem told the Miami Herald of his former Heat teammate. "I might just buy it and hold it for him."

Wade purchased the eight-bedroom mansion located on North Bay Road for $10.64 million in 2010. There was speculation he would keep the home for tax purposes.

The area is popular among Miami Heat players, with Chris Bosh living a few doors down and Hassan Whiteside purchasing a $7-million pad a couple miles away.

Seeing Wade cutting further ties with Miami is saddening but not as disturbing as seeing him in a Bulls uniform.
