Here’s a British West Indies-style home listed for $13.75 million, making the waterfront estate the most expensive home for sale in Fort Lauderdale’s Seven Isles community.

The newly constructed 10,000-square-foot mansion along Middle River offers over 100 feet of deep water frontage in addition to five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

"This home has it all. The construction and technology are unmatched. It has a feel of casual elegance, coupled with the clean modern look that is so current," says listing agent Jonathan Postma of Coldwell Banker. "It’s a rare find for this area."

Built by W.A. Bentz Construction, the architect is John Conway, with interiors by P&H Interiors.

It includes a wine room, infinity pool, waterfall jacuzzi, cabana shower, outdoor kitchen, and a putting green.

The property last sold for 2.2 million in 2013.
