Kimpton Hotels is bringing a luxury boutique hotel with a rooftop pool and restaurant to South Beach.
Hotel Palomar South Beach is expected to open in 2018, is owned/developed by The Finvarb Group and the architect is Kobi Karp. Kimpton’s eight hotel in Florida, the canalfront property is located in Sunset Harbour at 1750 Alton Road.
The 96-unit hotel will rise five stories around a central atrium, additionally featuring a canopy-inspired rooftop pool, gourmet restaurant, and fitness center.
