That glassy waterfront home featured in Rihanna’s "Needed Me" music video from April has been confirmed to be the mansion at 5446 North Bay Road on Miami Beach, which is now asking $29 million.
With eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and over 15,000 square feet of living space, it originally listed for $37 million in 2014 and is currently one of the 15 most expensive homes for sale on the beach. It’s also down the street from Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade.
Features include a floating curved staircase, rooftop terrace, gym, three koi ponds, and retractable doors. It was built in 2014 and designed by Todd Michael Glaser and the Posner Group. Artefacto staged the interiors.
