At 77 percent sold, Hyde Midtown is on the cusp of passing the 17th of its 32 floors as it rises towards completion sometime in 2017.
It broke ground last September at 70 percent sold and is a collaboration between Dezer Development, the Related Group and sbe. The development with a putting green and private dog park among its amenities also released a new batch of construction photos and renderings.
