While average median rents for one-bedrooms in Miami rose an ever-so-slightly $10 last month, it wasn’t enough to hold down the No. 8 spot nationally, slipping behind Chicago, per Zumper.
One-bedroom units rose 0.6 percent to $1,810, which is down 2.2 percent year over year. Two-bedrooms held at $2,500, the exact same price as a year ago.
The priciest three rental markets in the country continue to be San Francisco, New York, and Boston.
