Stuart Miller’s extraordinary mansion planned at 11 Star Island has been approved by a Miami Beach board for additional changes, per the Real Deal, paving the way for the 120,000-square-foot property with a lagoon, underground parking garage, and all sorts of crazy other features.
The property’s trustee came back to the Miami Beach Board of Adjustment to receive approvals, again, for variances the board granted in July plus an additional elevation change. The board OK’d the requests, which included increasing the lot coverage and unit size.
