Listing for $69.9 million, this extravagant beachfront mansion at 1071 North Ocean Boulevard becomes the most expensive listing in Palm Beach County.

Outside of its unbelievable views and 242 feet of ocean frontage, the home features just under 36,000 square feet of living space, with dynamic amenities like a grand salon, bowling alley, pub room, dual ocean balconies, a library, home theater, and game room.

It has eight bedrooms, 17(!) bathrooms, and was asking $84 million while it was under construction in 2015.

The property last sold in 2011 for just under $17 million.
