Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum has been on fire of late, surpassing the halfway mark of its construction in downtown Miami and eclipsing 50 percent sold while the final month of 2016 proved to be a great one, netting $30 million in new sales in December.

On track to be completed in late 2018, five half-floor units sold in the 62-story development, with buyers originating from Brazil, Uzbekistan, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, in addition to the U.S.
