South African golfer Louis Oosthuizen has put his 10,418-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach Gardens on the market for $7.5 million, per Realtor.

Sitting on just over an acre next to the Old Palm Golf Club, the 2014 estate has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and is equipped with a golf simulator, backyard putting green, and an indoor-outdoor loggia.

Oosthuizen, who won The Open Championship in 2010, purchased the property for $850,000 in 2013 before building the goliath below.
