Latin singer-songwriter Ricardo Montaner is seeking to unload his Miami Beach mansion on Pine Tree Drive for $10.95 million, according to Realtor.

With around 400 feet of canal frontage and a boardwalk, the 7,884-square-foot Art Deco estate was built in 1939 and has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It also features a floating dock, boat lift, poolside cabana and a rooftop terrace.

Additional details within the vintage home include a greenhouse atrium, tropical gardens, and an orchid house.

Montaner won a Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 and purchased the property for $2.1 million in 2001.
