Florida ranks towards the country’s rear among the best states to raise a family, according to a WalletHub study, placing 40th overall.
The Top 3 were North Dakota, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Meanwhile, Miami ranked 449th among 500 cities in the same category in a study last year.
Among the methodology used in the state study ranged from housing affordability to median family salary to divorce rate. The Sunshine State graded out especially poor in divorce rate (49th), fewest families with kids (50th), and affordability (44th).
