A downtown Miami penthouse at Epic Residences listed for $3.195 million, making it the highest priced unit in the building, which is located along the Miami River just off the Brickell Avenue bridge.

Penthouse 5302 is unique in that it is “the only penthouse that will not lose its unmatched water view from neighboring construction,” per listing agent Devin Kay of The Carroll Team at Douglas Elliman.

He’s alluding to the announced Aston Martin Residences, which is expected to rise next door to the east. At 66 stories, that development would cast a shadow on the 54-story Epic.

This corner unit faces north, west, and south, offering spectacular views of sunsets to the west, the city, the river, and Biscayne Bay.

The 3,400-square-foot residence has three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and includes a private maid’s quarters with a separate entrance. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, two parking spaces, and access to Epic’s amenities like room service, the spa, pools, and fitness center.
