Icon Las Olas topped off recently, becoming Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building at 455 feet, surpassing Las Olas River House (452 feet).
The 45-story mixed use development cost $160 million. It’s a collaboration between The Related Group and Rabina Properties, and was constructed by Moss & Associates.
Located at 500 East Las Olas Boulevard, the project consists of 272 residences, a Sky Terrace, luxury spa, fitness center, wine cellar, retail and restaurant space, and a parking garage. It was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.
The tower broke ground in 2015 and is slated for completion this summer.
