One-bedroom median rents in Miami remain sticky, plateauing at $1800 for the fourth consecutive month in Zumper’s monthly rent report, while ranking ninth nationally across the country.
Sandwiched between Chicago (No. 8) and Seattle (No. 10), the last time Miami’s median one-bedroom units changed was back in September, when they were merely $10 more than its current state.

Two-bedroom units remain unchanged at $2500 while Fort Lauderdale ranked 13th with one-bedroom median units priced at $1500.
Zumper’s methodology: “The Zumper National Rent Report analyzes rental data from over 1 million active listings across the United States. Data is aggregated on a monthly basis to calculate median asking rents for the top 100 metro areas by population.”
