The Miami Heat coach wants out already?

Erik Spoelstra appears to be experiencing some buyer’s remorse in his newly purchased historic home in Coconut Grove.

Less than eight months after throwing down $2.6 million for the 1938 estate, the longtime Miami Heat head coach has put the home back on the market for $2.7 million. The 4,294-square-foot house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and features tropical gardens, winding pathways, and some hulking oak trees.

It’s unknown why Spo, who also got married last summer, is already bailing on it but we’ve reached out to the listing agent for an attempt at some clarity. It certainly doesn’t appear it’s because he’s going anywhere, as he signed an extension in the offseason.

Obnoxious neighbors? House ghosts? A desire to be on the water?
